1. Product Usage & Liability


  1. Proper Use: We provide high-quality gear, but once it’s in your hands, the responsibility is yours. MJ Store SG is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damage, loss, or injury resulting from the use (or misuse) of our products.
  2. Need Help? We aren't always perfect! If you are unsure how to install or operate your device (especially dashcams or CCTV), please reach out to us before attempting use. We’re happy to guide you to ensure everything runs smoothly.


2. Warranty Policy


  1. Read the Listing: Warranty periods vary by product. Please check the specific Product Description page for details. Do not assume a standard 1-year warranty unless explicitly stated. MJ Store SG is not responsible for assumptions regarding warranty length.
  2. Warranty on manufacturing defects only: MJ Store Singapore endeavors to provide reasonable warranty coverage for manufacturing defects only. We do not cover buyer's remorse or change of mind. It is the buyer's responsibility to show that the defect is due to a manufacturing fault.
  3. Warranty exchange is only valid upon verification of manufacturing defects; accepting a product for verification is not a guarantee to an exchange.
  4. Electronics Coverage: For electronics, we provide a Limited Carry-In Warranty. This covers a 1-to-1 exchange for manufacturing defects only. Customers are responsible for bringing or sending the item back to our service point.
  5. For warranty replacements, if you are unable to bring the item to our meeting point for exchange, you can opt for a return shipping. You will need a printer to print out the shipping label and drop it off at the nearest courier drop of point.
  6. Non-Electronics: For non-electronic items (e.g., stands, dispensers), we generally offer a 1-month 1-to-1 exchange against manufacturing defects.
  7. Pro-Rated Refunds: In the event a 1-to-1 exchange is not possible due to stock unavailability, we will issue a pro-rated refund based on the remaining warranty period, the original purchase value, and the months of usage.
  8. Shipping Damage: If your item arrives damaged, report it to us immediately upon receipt with photographic proof. Compensation is typically capped at $60 or the maximum insurance coverage provided by the courier, whichever is higher.
  9. We endeavor to provide the best possible service, however we reserve the right to respond legally to any untrue online negative review.


3. Shipping & Delivery


  1. Processing Time: We aim to ship all orders within 2 working days (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays).
  2. Delivery Timeline: Once shipped, expect your package to arrive within 3 to 5 working days via our courier partners (e.g., NinjaVan, J&T Express).
  3. International Shipping: For orders outside of Singapore, shipping costs are not included in the checkout price and will be quoted separately based on location and weight.


5. Pricing & GST


  1. GST Status: Currently, MJ Store SG is a non-GST registered business. The price you see is the price you pay—no additional GST will be charged at checkout.
